Alexandra Gronczewski, MSN, APN, FNP-BC

Alexandra Gronczewski, MSN, APN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who was proudly selected to join the highly competitive Dermatology Fellowship Program at Princeton Dermatology Associates.

Alexandra began her academic journey at Drexel University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Education while competing as a Division I soccer player in 2013. Inspired to pursue a career in healthcare, she completed her accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Rutgers University–Camden in 2017, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing at Monmouth University in 2022.

She began her nursing career in the operating room at Penn Medicine Princeton Health, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of surgical specialties. Her interest in skin health and aesthetics led her to work alongside a local plastic surgeon and gain extensive experience in medical spas, where she received advanced training in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare.

A lifelong Princeton area resident, Alexandra is honored to serve the community that has shaped her personally and professionally. She is eager to build upon her surgical and aesthetic foundation while deepening her expertise in medical dermatology. She looks forward to caring for patients of all ages and helping them feel confident in their skin at every stage of life.

Alexandra is grateful for the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, patient-centered practice. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys running, taking barre classes and spending time with her husband and energetic identical twin boys.
