Jaclyn Vinagre, DNP, APN, FNP-C
Jaclyn Vinagre, DNP, APN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Princeton Dermatology Associates in 2020 after completing Princeton Dermatology Associates’ Dermatology Fellows Program, a demanding training program on dermatologic conditions and procedures.
Jaclyn earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree as well as her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Rutgers University, in 2019 and 2012 respectively, both with magna cum laude honors. She has eight years of experience as a registered nurse and specialized in Critical Care. Jaclyn held several leadership roles in her nursing career including precepting new critical care nurses, working as a Rapid Response nurse, and working as the unit’s charge nurse. Her doctoral project became an organization-wide quality improvement project that educated healthcare providers on the opioid epidemic and best prescribing practices in the changing environment. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Jaclyn’s doctoral work and training included many patient care hours at diverse primary care and internal medicine practices, where she realized her passion for dermatology, a passion intensified with each dermatological case she came across. Jaclyn is committed to learning and forming trusting relationships with her patients through respectful and caring interaction, education, and an individualized approach.
In her free time, Jaclyn appreciates traveling and experiencing different cultures, enjoys restaurants and cuisines, stays active with yoga and exercise, and spends her time at home cooking, watching movies, reading books, and socializing with family and friends.
